Hi, I’m Heidi – the friendly face behind Virtual Vibes VA!
With 18 years’ experience managing a busy charity resource centre, I’ve done it all – from staff and volunteer coordination to stock control, sales, admin systems, and customer support. I know how much work goes into keeping things organised behind the scenes, and I’m here to help you do just that.

In the past, I’ve volunteered with mental health charities like Mind and the Shout crisis helpline, always bringing empathy, reliability, and a people-first approach to the work I do.

I also run a growing reselling business, flipping quality finds on Vinted and eBay – so if you’re a fellow small business owner or side hustler, I get the juggle. I'm currently studying bookkeeping through AAT, which means I’ll be able to offer even more support to small businesses as I grow.
